3. Bookings and Cancellations
– Advance Bookings: We require HarvestHost member bookings to be made at least 2 days in advance.
– Cancellations: Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before your scheduled stay to qualify for a refund.
– Non-Refundable Charges: Fees related to specific promotional offers, including the HarvestHost Pass, are non-refundable.
4. HarvestHost Membership
All guests are required to have an active HarvestHost membership to book and stay at The Camp on The Bayou. We may verify membership status at the time of booking.
5. Pricing and Payment
– Rates: Rates and discounts, including those tied to the HarvestHost Pass, are subject to change without notice.
– Payments: All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods listed on our website.
6. Guest Conduct
To ensure a positive experience for all guests:
– Respect the quiet hours as posted.
– Comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
– No disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or other activities that may disturb other guests or wildlife.
7. Liability and Safety
– Release of Liability: All guests must agree to and accept the Release of Liability & Waiver as a condition of booking. This document waives The Camp on The Bayou and all affiliated parties from liability for injuries, accidents, property damage, or other issues that may occur during your stay. – Guest Responsibility: Guests agree to use our facilities and services at their own risk and to accept full responsibility for any damages caused to the property, facilities, or their own belongings.
– Injury and Loss: The Camp on The Bayou is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during your stay.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate accounts for any reason, including breaches of these Terms.
